Everything an ERP does.A completely new foundation.
Finance, sales, purchasing, stock, production, projects, service, retail and people — one system, one ledger, one record of every document. Built on a small set of generic building blocks, so an industry, a country or a customer is a pack, never a fork. One instance per client.
A cloud ERP for small and mid-sized organizations, in any country and any industry.
Everything a Business Runs On — One System
Everything an ERP does, with nothing missing — on a completely new data model. Same functions, different foundation: that is why it fits your industry instead of the other way round.
Every office of the business, one platform — each works its own part of the record, none of it stranded in a silo.
Finance — GL, AR, AP
- A general ledger with posting rules and periods that lock — not a spreadsheet
- Receivables and payables as open items with aging, drillable to the document
- Bank statements in CSV, MT940 or camt.053, matched in a click
Receivables
- Invoices, credit notes, payments and refunds on one customer ledger
- Reminders and dunning that follow your rules
- A customer portal for statements and documents
Sales
- Quote to order to delivery to invoice, each step one linked document
- Price lists, wholesale, break and promotion rules — an approval above your limit
- Returns and credit notes that undo exactly what was sold
Purchasing
- Order to receipt to bill, with a three-way match on quantity and price
- Approvals by amount, four-eyes, SLA and escalation
- A supplier portal to confirm orders
Inventory
- Locations, lots and serials, reservations, transfers and counts
- Valuation that equals the ledger — and says so
- Negative stock refused by date, not by guess
Manufacturing & Quality
- Bills of materials, routings and work orders on the shop floor
- MRP that plans from demand, stock and open orders
- Inspection plans and non-conformances tied to the lot
Projects, Service & Contracts
- Timesheets approved by the project manager, billed as time and materials or fixed price
- Service tickets with response and resolution clocks, technicians on the planning board
- Recurring and prepaid contracts that recognize revenue on schedule
HR & Payroll
- Employees, contracts, leave and documents in one record
- Payroll runs posted to the ledger
- Every person a login with exactly the access their role allows
Retail
- A till that keeps selling when the network drops
- Shifts, cash counts and variance approved by the manager
- Barcodes, item and shelf labels, promotions as rules
Integrations
- Web shops — WooCommerce, Shopify, a custom store — send orders in and take stock and status back
- Carrier labels and tracking, CSV order and dispatch feeds, an accounting export in generic and Xero formats
- Label printers and scales through a small local agent
Fixed Assets & Maintenance
- A fixed-asset register with depreciation posted by rule
- Disposals that post the gain or loss
- Maintenance orders on the planning board
Migration
- Customers, items and history brought in from files
- Each row traceable to its source
- Repeatable without creating duplicates
Document Management — a Full DMS
- Every file one versioned record: a new version supersedes the old, never overwrites it, and a hash proves any copy years later
- Retention rules, legal hold, classification and a log of every read
- Full-text search, templates on your own letterhead, e-signature and expiring, watermarked share links
- Files attached to the customer, the order, the employee or the asset they belong to — scanned on upload
Twelve offices and every document — one login, one ledger.
Most systems store records. These do the checking and the thinking a controller and an operations manager would otherwise do by hand.
The Ledger Proves Itself
Stock equals the inventory account, receivables equal the open invoices, payables equal the open bills, and the ledger can be rebuilt from its documents at any time with no difference. The system tests this on itself and shows the result.
Reports and a Report Builder
Stock on hand and movements, valuation, aging, trial balance, project profitability, sales margin — and a builder for your own, saved, scheduled and delivered by email or file.
Dashboards
Tiles built from saved reports, per person or for the whole organization; a tile you may not read says so instead of failing.
Material Requirements Planning
From demand, stock and open orders to a plan of what to make and what to buy, with the shortages named.
Profitability and Work in Progress
Revenue, cost and margin per project; unbilled work carried in the ledger and relieved at the invoice; margin per customer and per item.
Deferred Revenue
Prepaid contracts recognized month by month; what is still deferred is a ledger balance that must equal the schedule — and does.
Aging Accurate to the Last Cent
Receivables and payables by age, drillable to the exact document, with approvals and escalations when something stalls.
Configured to your organization, not ours — and it checks itself.
A completely new data model — the same functionality, none of the stack of modules.

Party, company, item, location, business document, posting rules, workflow, resource scheduling, custom fields and rules. Every office on this page is these ten, configured by data — one document engine for every paper, one ledger truth.
An industry, a country or a customer is a pack: versioned configuration installed through a preview that lists every change, never overwriting what you edited. The manufacturer-and-distributor pack is live today.
The chart of accounts, taxes, document numbering and terminology live in a country pack, so a new country is installed, not coded — proven by running a second, fictional country beside the first. One operating currency, chosen at onboarding.
Your own deployment — own database, hostname and release, branded as yours, data isolated. Backups encrypted with your key and a scripted restore; every release behind a health check, with a one-command rollback.
Roles are data: finance, receivables, payables, controller, buyer, storekeeper, dispatcher, sales, project manager, technician, cashier, store manager, planner, shop floor, quality — each person sees only their own screens.
Multilingual by design — the interface, the documents and the notifications, each person's paper in their own language. A new language is a pack, not a rebuild.
A REST/JSON API, signed webhooks in and out, files in and out, devices through a small local agent. It connects to what you already run — no rip-and-replace.
Customers, items and history come in from files, each row traceable to its source and repeatable without duplicates. Nothing re-typed.
Astreal SIS, for universities, is the first industry edition on the same foundation.
